Most in-stock products are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-built, made-to-order, or special-finish instruments may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

ROYALL ships worldwide through reputable international carriers and freight partners, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, and selected freight forwarding services.
Shipping methods may vary depending on destination, package size, and local regulations.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, package dimensions, and weight.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or provided in your quotation before payment.
## Delivery Times
Estimated transit times vary by destination and shipping method:

- Europe: 5–15 business days
- North America: 5–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

## Shipping Damage
All shipments are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify the carrier immediately and contact ROYALL within 7 days of delivery. Supporting photographs of the packaging and product may be required to process a claim.
