Because many ROYALL instruments involve natural materials, metal finishing, hand assembly, engraving, and ongoing product development, individual instruments may show reasonable variations in grain, color, patina, texture, engraving, hardware appearance, or other cosmetic details.

Custom-built, OEM, ODM, dealer-exclusive, personalized, specially finished, or specially modified instruments may require additional production time.
Once production has begun, these orders may not normally be cancelled or returned except in cases of manufacturing defect, incorrect supply, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges, import duties, VAT, customs charges, and other destination-country fees may be additional.
ROYALL may correct obvious pricing or typographical errors before accepting an order.

Damage caused by misuse, accident, improper storage, unauthorized modification, or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
